More on SSH security

I was today years old when I learned that I could apply google authenticator 2FA for SSH auth. My initial attempt to set up the system did not seem to work so I will be working on it on a little VM instead of my production servers. My current workflow involves asking chatgpt and low effort google searches. I need to slow down and get more of a fundamental understanding of security things as I proceed.
